Biography

Miao Yong, PhD, Postgraduate Supervisor, is mainly engaged in clinical and basic research on hair transplantation, alopecia treatment, and hair regeneration.
In 2013, he obtained his PhD from the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University (formerly the First Military Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army). He currently works in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Nanfang Hospital.
As a principal drafter, he participated in formulating the “Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia”.
